Nope. After Hitler saw what his country had become post WWI he traveledand during that time his hatred towards certain groups of people grew so he decided to gain power and change germany. He didn't give two shits about the Americas and was mostly concerned with Europe and restoring the glory of Germany. The Japanese of WWII were the ones who wanted to expand and conquer through full force because of their loss to western civilization during the 19th century since they were no where near as advanced as the west and they wanted to prove that people should fear Japan.
