Adobe Crash Player

Dunno why, but for the past while (about two months or so) my browser freezes and I keep getting this message:
A script on this page is slowing down Adobe Flash Player. If this script isn't stopped now, it will fuck up your computer and rape your dog's children and murder your house. (Liberal paraphrasing may have been used)
Anyways- why the fuck is it doing this, and how the hell do I get it to stop?
Yes, I could go to Computers and Tech- but I'm betting my money that it's something incredibly simple that everyone knows, since the only people more ignorant on this computer garble died before computers were invented.
Also- a pop-up keeps trying to pop-up whenever I'm on hotmail or try to log on to Facebook. I bought and installed an antivirus, so I doubt it's malicious.

Update your browser to the latest version and then reinstall Adobe's flash plugin.
The likely reasons your scripts are failing are that the flash plugin and, even more likely, your browser, are not updated to the latest versions. Another major reason this happens is because the scripts simply haven't been updated to keep up with the latest changes made to the plugin's libraries, in which case the only solutions are to roll back to a previous version of the plugin or wait for the script's author to revise the code.

Delete run.dllI don't actually know, but I suspect that this might not be a very good idea.
I'll try out what Tsuvian said once I figure out how.

Rule of thumb. Never delete anything unless told to by techs. But in this case use a hammer.

I've also got this thing where random words become links.
Google tells me it's called "Text-Enhancer". I checked and tried some of the stuff to remove it- http://botcrawl.com/how-to-remove-text-enhance/
But it's still doing that.
How do I slay this beast. It's annoying the fuck outta me.

'text enhancer' is actually some pretty nasty spyware.
you got S&D and avast right? update everything for those two programs, take your machine offline, scan everything, then jump back on and check what happens.
Another good alternative is getting ccleaner [or the ex version] and wiping the cache cookies history etc. for 'every' browser, not just the one you generally use.

Nope. McAffee. Legit version, too. I went and bought a thing.
I've already cleared the cache and killed all the cookies. I only use one browser, which is Firefox. Version something something- lemme check- ... 20? 20.0.1.
So yeah. Cleared that crap out. Shut it down and booted it up again. Shit's still there.

Download and install Malware Bytes, shut down and reboot into safe mode. Then proceed to run a scan in safe mode using Malware Bytes a few times. It works every time.

I'm not sure. I think it may be part of the full scan or the paid version. A quick scan can take roughly several minutes, obviously depending on the size of the HD (107 for me) while a full scan could take anywhere around four hours. I've had nastier things on my computer than what Zeroniv has.

Normally When I'm doing scans, I do it before I go to sleep.
