Advice pleez.Organising pictures

So I have basically just saved up and saved up K-ON! Hentai pics. A little over 7,000. I have them all in one folder and I want to organise them.
I'm wondering what is the quickest way.
For other series I basically split them into Hentai and non-Hentai, then each individual character or group, and a folder for .Gifs.
I'm thinking would it be quicker to sort non Hentai and Hentai pics first, then do characters. Or, should I do all characters then Hentai?
Any suggestions would be awesome.

You should've organized them into their respective folders as you were saving them, no?
The only pictures I collect are divided by fetish. So, there, a suggestion.

I downloaded packs of pics and they just built up.
I save by Fetish for pictures that don't have a series.

this is how i do it
i go by the female of series and not the males. if more then one female is in the same pic from the same series it goes into group sex. if only one character from a series is in the pic then pic goes into the characters own folder.
series->
________
(name of character1)->
(name of character2)->
(group sex)->
________
and name each picture like so
picture->
(name of character)001
or if its tentacle put tentacle 1 if gang rape put gang rape one and so on and so forth
So in other word if the series was naruto it would be organized like this
_________________
Folder: Naruto
Inside will be more folders:
Folder: Female Naruto
Folder: Sakura
Folder: Hinata
Folder: Groupsex
Click on a character folder it will be organized like this
Pic: Hinata001
Pic: Hinata002
Pic: Hinatatentcles001
Pic: Hinatagangerape001
Click on group sex it will look like this
Pic:HinataSakura001
Pic:HinataSakura002
Pic: SakuraFemalenaruto001

I guess. I need that Adobe Bridge Thing. There's no way i'm going to manually change the names of those image I have. Plus I still have to organize my Doujin folder so yeah.

I downloaded and looked at Picasa but I don't see how it is more effective at organising pictures. It's more of a viewer.
I don't normally rename pictures, I leave them as their original file name. But is there a program for batch renaming files?
Picasa has a good thumbnail resizing took which I don't have on my main laptop (XP). So I might transfer the K-ON! pics to my other laptop, do all the organising work there, then move them back.
