You can't request to lock another persons thread unless you see rules being broken. But take into consideration that this the IB section, where rules aren't always taken into consideration.
Please learn proper forum etiquette before jumping in. Also everyone knows you're not a troll, just a very very stupid new person.
edit. OP/Shiz person, it's better to report your own thread that way the mods/admins see it faster.(among other reasons) Please do that next time.
