Yeah, it's just taxes arent the issue, our government offers an overall lower price to film and do stuff like shut down busy city blocks. We still have provincial and federal taxes on everything that's purchased.

Only for citizens, it can't benefit anyone outside of Canada. As a wealthy Canadian I have the best of both worlds, if I need an operation asap I can just fly down to the states and have it done right away for a butt load of cash, or I can sit on a waiting list here(if I wasn't wealthy).
