Hmm, to put it short: Fair Usage Policy, it's a policy to limit the internet speed after reaching a certain condition (mostly, when reaching a certain amount of internet data/quota usage). In our ISP case, it'll limit our internet speed from 1MBps to 64kBps after reaching 5GB usage. It's too slow to even open Fakku, so nope for us...
