Btw Western is better because Western groups have faster research time.

I'm in west of my country.

Well Great Britain is western. Anything east of Poland is Western Europe.

Yup. So early on you're going to be backwards until you modernize. Even though the Eastern World did come up with many inventions of their own, they couldn't compete with scientific swiftness of the Western World.
