Range buffs as in what you mean by "more sniper-ish". Range to compensate damage, that is not really a good deal.
If anything, I think it just set in stone that Kardel's only role in a team is to be the last-hitter. He benefits greatly from inflated profits.

if the story is good, it might be worth a whirl. But things like, say, That Super Sonico Anime... I done even know where to start?
I mean, that character by itself is a hull. Its a mascot character for 5pb so yeah. theres no real origuin/Background to work it.
