Nope. I tried SQ, Emirates, Thai, Qantas and Indo airlines. Not much of a difference, so I stick with my favourite Indo airline.
EDIT: Peltor mentioned how tastebuds don't work as efficient on high altitude.

When I was on the airplanes in china one of the meals had a black egg. o-o And some vegetable mixed stuff...tasted bland.
