The manga is better and my favourite manga series.

But the anime is fucking amazing, until they get to the last 2 episodes where they just fuck it up and change what actually happens.

You definitely should.

But I do recommend reading the first 11 volumes of the manga first which is where the anime series follows up to while giving it an original ending. The manga hasn't even ended and is on volume 22 in Japan. I've got the first 19 out in English. But I doubt you can be bothered to do that :3

I am really lazy person so if you would've said chapters I probably would've done it in a blink but... I still want to know everything that happens before the anime...

No episode one starts at volume 1. The anime stops at where volume 11 of the manga ends and then they make up an original ending. By doing that they've pretty much fucked up chances of ever doing a second season.

Volume 12 onwards isn't in the anime series.

It's just the manga does it so much better which is why I recommend reading it first. But you can watch the anime if you want.
