It doesn't look like the animation was just fan-edited, since some of them would be really complicated to do. Even if it was edited, that'd be an incredibly feat of its own.
Do y'all think we'll see more animated h-manga of comparable quality?
I don't think the GIF format made the coloring look bad. I didn't even notice it until I looked very carefully for it (though, once I noticed it, it kinda bothered me). Not sure if APNG is a viable option yet, since hardly anyone uses it.
