And you thought all I've been doing was hitting on girls and fapping furiously to the, uh, rubbish I bought in Japan. Allow me to present to you our 11th anime release, Cafe Junkie Episode 1! You may notice that the video quality of this release is rather low. Unfortunately, I was unable to find a higher quality raw of this episode to work from (I don't own the DVD), and the two raws available on the net were both of abysmal quality. Bob64 did his best during encoding, (and heated up his room pretty bad), but this was as good as he could get it without spending another 5 weeks on it. This project was in the preliminary stages for a long time. I couldn't decide whether or not to initiate this project several months ago (the anime itself came out at the end of October, 2008) because I've gotta be the busiest dork ever, and there was no other member of the team capable of translating anime. So when Kei joined the team, the decision was made. I threw him onto the project and he did it. While he didn't exactly provide a stellar translation script (this is only his second ever translation project after all, the first being this one), it was still acceptable, and with some editing the script proved to be more than decent to work with. Some confusion then ensued with the timing stage. I originally sent the unedited translation script off to the amazing Bob64, who was working on Resort Boin 3 at the moment. He agreed to time this episode after he was done with RB3. Now, as some of you may remember, I put out a call for timers when I released RB3, and got quite a few responses. From the pool of applicants I selected one new timer, and got him to work on Cafe Junkies 1, while telling Bob64 that he didn't have to work on this one anymore and could just rest until Stretta: The Animation came out. Turns out that there was some misunderstanding, and Bob64 churned out the script for this episode and messaged me one morning telling me he was done. I was like "OH SHIT" before sending an email to our new timer ASAP telling him to stop. He emailed me back telling me he had 75% of it done already. Too bad, I guess. Bob64 and I then spent pretty much an entire day working together on the project. I edited the script several times (I forget exactly how many), tried to find a better raw to work with (and failed), and translated the cellphone message at the beginning. Bob64 did all the typesetting (including that cellphone message part), designed the logo, and made the changes I suggested from time to time. I think he stayed up until 6AM or so that day, so seriously. Thank him for being awesome. And now for a few words about the release itself! As usual, we're shoved right into the life of some prick of a protagonist by the name of Ma-kun who, damn his luck, is living with three sisters, all big-breasted and totally into his pants. And so you have drama, tension, sex, and more sex. And good grief, Kaede is such a terrible liar. Grab the release below, and hope you enjoy it! So, yeah, i'm already in my 20's, and i have the same problem. Where is this verification system you mentioned? I don't see any. Did you mean the one when i registered here?

This was so confusing, with all the jumps and lack of plot so far. It seems that Kaede and Ijuuin have some kind of mystery though. Nanami was hot, so this was a good fap regardless of all the confusion. I just saw some screenshots of the second volume and so far, it looks pretty good.
