i prefer the manga. there are some very beautiful anime art, but the animation usually looks like crap.

I prefer the manga over the anime, coz' there are more mangas than there are animes, and not all mangas turn to animes.
Mangas give room to imagination.
Though animes have the animation on moaning, which is a turn on
But there are some hentais that have jerky animations and can ba a pain :?
Oh btw, mangas have great artwork

It depends; however, I usually prefer the manga when comparing a manga and the anime based off of it. Largely, it has to do with differences in the plot, although art is also a factor. Also, sometimes the characters aren't given as much depth in the anime. Manga based off of anime usually suck, though. As for hentai, I still usually prefer manga/doujinshi, although that's mostly because the censorship is more obnoxious on anime. Also, most H anime I'm aware of have shit animation quality.

i think i would first watch the anime and then read the manga because in animes many parts of the manga are missing and after you watched the anime you can fill your intelligence gaps

Depends on what mood I'm in, but probably manga since it usually is the basis for the anime, and so is probably truer to the artist's/artists' vision. It also isn't screwed up by the studios playing around and directors and staff putting in their own influences and playing around with story in ways it shouldn't be.
Anime is pretty good for when I just want to be lazy and not have to think about things and explosions are usually more awesome too. Exceptions would be anime like sola or the ever popular Code GEASS, which were mixed media projects or were created before the manga, in which case it's probably better to go for the anime.

I like manga better since its a lot more complete than anime but there are somethings that definitely have to be seen in Anime.
