IMO I think cartoons are being made just to market toys most of the time.

Cartoons have been dumbed down even more... they used to be awesome, and kids would actually learn shit... now they treat kids like retards... It probably isn't helping the tween problems >.>

Cartoons haven't intentionally been dumbed down its just that the target group has changed from adults in the advent of cartoons to young adults and teenagers around the renaissance of the current simulacrum's technology to the washed down bootleg liquor of the olden days mixed with various pseudo-adulterants of the culture of the uneducated young.

That was the best cartoon ever.

I love how the author admits there is bad anime out there, but on the subject of cartoons he is like THEY ARE ALL TERRIBLE.
