Eat a piece of toast. Sit down and breathe in through your nose for 2 seconds, out through your mouth for 4. Calmly come up with a list of steps to get you through your interview. Rehearse it over and over in your mind while you breathe and chew, until it somehow seems more trivial than it does now.
