1.is normal killer,the item is (if i;m not wrong) PT,VanD,Battlefurry,Buriza,vladimir,butterfly/dipy/Mkb/Orb effect item(except skadi)

2.full skill hero(this one i haven't mastered it,so the item is guessed) BoT,Dagon,Presperence(linkin),silent item and damage amplyfier(forget name),maybe shiva,Don't know....~
