Any Dota players?

if i'm not wrong, linken isn't repels voodoo and guinsoo... or i?

it does~ repel it too~ the thing is~ linkens repel activation just works for one skill~ and another after the linken finishes cooling down~

the only way to know is~ when you have a linken sphere~ and a skill got through~ look at your linken item on your item box~ if its cooling down~ means the enemy used some other skill so that his main objective skill would work on you~ so that first skill he/she used on you was just a diversion~

i did reply on what you want us to talk about.. it says so~ that im good with linken and thats why im explain its uses and its disadvantages.. hnn~ sorry~ but from way back its cool down was much longer~ i mean looonngger~ but now they decreased it to something useful now~

hmm.. for some heroes, i still buys that, but for some other hero, i'll still buys that.. lol.

well, depends on situation and enemy.. if i have to face a bunch of int, i have no chance but to buy that... linken sometimes provide a great help..

I cannot use Macro good and it will not contribute much to the team if i am the one who use it , but doesn't change th fact that Jakiro is a good AoE Bruiser ..

Do you know what's the effect if Jakiro uses Aghanim ?

delay getting macro until you maxed dual and ice path.

Early game,just go around with a gank buddy,preferably with a stun and just rape each lane lol.

jakiro's macro...

I usually cast it in a clash then quickly cast ice path... your bound to get a few heroes traped and taking damage from it... though you killing with macro is rare...

I suggest not learning macro till you have maxed both dual and icepath as both are more useful early

So from what i saw :
Jakiro is a combo-type hero ....
1. Uses Ice path to freeze enemy and make him stay there
2. Uses Macro to burn his ass while enemy still on ice
3. When freezes is over, and th enemy want to run away , uses Dual Breath to slowing him ..

like that ?
but sometimes Ice path cannot hold enemy long enough ... so what's th better combo/trick that Jakiro noobs like me can do ?

Good dota players do this but even better dota players do:

1. Use Macro
2. Immediately use Ice Path after macro therefore freezing the enemy while he's still burning up in an extended time. Also this lets you freely attack him while being burned.
3. Dual Breath

This is quite hard to do since you need to be confident you can cast Ice Path after Macro instantly because the enemy won't stand there waiting for you to do so. If you ahve guinsoo

1. Use Macro
2. Hex
3. IcePath
4. Dual Breath

This is very hard ... a good player always see what his/her enemy want to do ...

When Macro is casted .. there is some burn effect on the ground ... it's more than a warning to those who being targeted ... so he/she can stay away from the line ...

And other seems obvious ...
until now, i still think that Guinsoo is "Must-have" equip for every Int Hero ...

That's why this hero needs Aghanim.

And for guinso, i agree, but only one problem, it's too expensive. Using jakiro, i never buy Guinsoo unless someone asked me to; i buy Shiva and bloodstone instead.

This is true and if you remember in my previous post I said it's a trick that is really hard. But it's possible and there's a way to bipass it by casting your macro while in the protection of the fog of war (the black fog that makes you unseen to enemies who are not in the vicinity). The only thing they will see is the ground burning beneath them and by then you should have already casted your ice path. If you're successful they won't have much time to react.

As for your comment about the guinsoo... Not really... when I'm using Lion I find guinsoo as my "last to get" item if not totally. For me int types have one goal alone and that's to finish the game as quick as possible. Getting guinsoo is only an evidence that the enemy has already become strong and you must resort to disable them to stop them. But if int types do their job well nuking and power pushing will overwhelm opponents before they become powerful and you'll find that guinsoo is not that necessary.

my item when use jakiro is same as roku,and rarely make Hex/guinso~
his ice path and macro is very easy to evade,need good skill to make it works~

and i like to make shiva,double slow,big armor~




and is aganim improve his ulti???~

Is it just me, or the Ai in map v.66AI is easier then usual?
