Nothing special about it. Just a bunch of people tossing money.

If they serve alcohol then yes you have to be 21. Only Nevada and the AC have casino which serve booze... and a few Indians... the one close to me is 18 and over except they serve booze on the floor... they have to check your id before anys in cali.

You can mathematically beat blackjack. Everything else is generally chance.
