Anyone else have this problem with Yen Press releases?

Recently placed an order for Triage vol.2-10 from Rightstuf (yes, I'm way behind), and this past Saturday I got around to reading vol.5. However, near the end of the book I noticed that several of the pages had come loose!
They weren't torn or anything, but it looks like they were never glued down. I'm in the process of sending it back for a replacement, however the rep I talked to said that this is a problem they've noticed w/ Yen Press releases, and that my replacement may have the same defect.
It's really odd b/c I own a couple dozen Yen Press releases and haven't had this problem before. Likewise, I did a quick check w/ the remaining Triage volumes and they all appear to be fine (won't know for certain until I get around to reading them).
So has anyone else experienced this problem before? Out of the 100+ US manga releases I own, this is the first time this has ever happened to me, but still, I'm worried that I'll end up getting a replacement copy w/ even more loose pages.
First world problems!

Haven't had that issue myself, but I have gotten a defective book from a different publisher from Righstuf before . Wasn't there fault, it was ripped during printing and then shrink wrapped so I know it wasn't they who damaged it. They were good about sending me a free replacement though.

Luckily I've never had this problem with YenPress before. It does sound disconcerting to hear it's been a recurring problem though.
I remember back in the day Rightstuf used to sell Chinese bootlegs of series they were selling. I'm sure they stopped doing that now though.
