It's a Social Card game, so if you've played one, you could generalize how the gameplay should go. From it's insane popularity in Japan and overseas, I'd assume it to be pretty good. There is no translations from what I've seen, though, so you'd have to look up stuff second hand if you were thinking of trying it.
I think Sanada plays it(and I'm sure there are others); he'd be a better gauge of it's quality.
