If the user isn't re-uploading anything and the thread is long forgotten then I'd say, if more than half his shit is dead, then forget about it.(Maybe if >60-70% dead)

Quickie update to today. Will get to the offhands in a bit.
Backed towards April 14. A-F has link tags now, along with a few scattered in the other sections.
I've noticed I've reached a certain point where there is a distinction between the uploaders then, and the uploaders now. I feel that M-Z will split some time soon. Free time is growing less at around this time, exams have come along and such as. Ah well.
An interesting thread I came across is zchidori's naruto thread, which in his absence has turned into a free for all uploading thread, at least until newer uploaders filled in the gap of his large number of threads. I think. Assume, I mean.
