Are all dwarfs’ obese?

I just saw a thread in the nosebleed section and it made me ask the question “Do all dwarfs have to be obese?” I have never seen a thin or fit dwarf drawing. Both the men and women are fat. Even the dwarf children are well beyond the chunky stage.
So what say you?

Have you ever seen anyone with dwarfism? It's not that they're fat it's just at the size they're at they can't maintain what you would believe to be a healthy body proportion.

Yes and the same question still applies. I never intended to mean that you thought people in real life affected by dwarfism were obese, I just made the connection that they more than likely have the same physique and anatomical structures. As such, if a person with dwarfism seemed "fat" on account of physical deformity or other, wouldn't you be able to apply that to dwarves of fantasmal nature?
