are u afraid of the dead?

well i'm in med school and the other day when a saw a guy gettin run over and died many people were screamin and i was like "okay..." and also the other day i found out one of my friends is hemophobic (he actually looses his balance when he sees blood and sorta cries) and i really find that hard to understand so i made this to find out this:

Are u afraid of dead/blood? yes/no why?

i am not talkin about zombies, just real "live" dead people

No. Not even afraid of zombies.

If its another someone I dont know, no, Im not afraid.
But if it was someone Im close to going to die, Im definatly afraid

No, why would I be afraid of it?
Zombies, they die easy, no need to fear them unless you are a shitty ineffectual character that won't kill.

heck no... I've played enough Diablo 2 and left for dead to know that nothing is immortal, even the undead

BTW, I mentioned zombie for the fuck of it, this thread isn't about zombies.

Dead ? Not so much. I do however feel somewhat uncomfortable around large amounts of blood. Especially mine.

I know, I was just prolonging it.

They're dead. Nothing to be afraid of there. The living are much more terrifying. :P

Blood... Usually not, but I have a too good imagination at times, so sometimes seeing some bad injuries (on TV) can make me feel rather bad since I tend to imagine having them myself...

No I don't really fear the dead, I've been exposed to dead people a few times before and had to assist transferring them and such. I'm quite resistant to blood as well, basically though it's something you get used to. The first time was quite a shock for me but after a while it becomes routine.

I think the first time I saw a real dead body was when I was like 6 and not really scared of them...

But its not like I like looking at them either...

Not at all. When I was in the Firedepartment academy the EMT students did ride alongs to get hands on experince. My 3rd call was 2 girls the where playing on a holl next to a construction site. they were racing down the hill on bikes and 1 got ahead of the othere and crossed a cement truck...all i can say it was a bad scene when we arrived...scared me for life seeing that...but I got used to seeing gorey stuff and kinda just became the norm.
