I wear shorts and underwear. The reason why I don't wear a shirt or t-shrit, and wear shorts instead of pants is just because it's more comfortable.

I like to wear full clothing even when I'm just doing nothing. If not, then usually just a t-shirt and shorts with the occasional jacket.

Well during the summer I wear shorts or cargo shorts and a T-shirt and during the fall and winter months I wear cargo pants or jeans with a t-shirt and zipper hoody.
