Art vs. Story

Let's take a popular artist like Homunculus, whose art style is a personal favorite of mine. Let's say he/she starts putting out solely NTR. Would you still be a fan/read his or her work because of the art, or would the NTR be too much to bear? I fairly enjoy NTR so I wouldn't mind such a case, but I'd like to see how vanillites and the like would feel.

I don't really like to much ntr but I would still read it. I just cant help but read ntr some times.

I'm there for the porn. Better art does of course improve the porn. Story is only a bonus.

My priority is art style then the others follow. But sometimes the story hook me into it, like how Yamatogawa tells his stories.

Totally into the art. Can't get a good read or fap without it.

Yes, I want to see that scenario happen big time. Not just because I love his style and cheating stories are awesome to fap to, but also to piss off the really annoying vanillafags in this site.

I watch porn and hentai because I want to look pretty things, if you allow some euphemistic freedom with the word pretty. I can defintely have my fun without story as in, no background or character development whatsoever. When I'm in a bit of a rush I don't even read the pages, I just look at the drawings. I only read them when I'm going slow, which certainly enhances the experience and the flow of the action seems more exciting.

But overall I don't care for story. Not in porn, not in hentai.

Well, Bathtub Crisis, Milk no Jikan, Training Days, Natsume's Exciting day & Night and Natsu no Kemono are "cheating stories", especially for Bathtub Crisis and the short sequel Fitting Crisis. Milk no Jikan and Natsu no Kemono was "borderline NTR" until it was revealed. :P

On topic, ALWAYS the art first and the story comes as a bonus in all the hentai I watch/read/play.

well OF-COURSE if ART is shitty i just leave however i don't like straight to sex. STORY matters as much as ART to me. without a good story and dialogues you may not even erect :D

sometimes i happen to come across a hentai with ntr tag on it but the art looks really good that i find myself fapping to it.

Well, I go for the story I guess. That's why I usually stick with hentai since the story is kind of more important in comparison to porn. My fantasies etc. are very important so just simple-mechanic penetration for example isn't enough even if it's drawn fantastically.

I would still be a fan, a lot of the artists I like do genres I dont like, but I still read them.

I would say primarily art. Nagare Ippon and Somejima are 2 of my favorite artists, but they do a lot of NTR (which I'm not a particularly huge fan of). I tend to get over it though, if the art is good enough.

The only thing I would never fap to no matter how good the art is would be a NTR of Toradora!

Story ! it will be a waste of talent if it's only Not-so-pointless sex and that. (it's a comic for sakes)

It's not pointless, If the Art itself can make me pop a very hard boner with no dialogues then that's not a waste of talent at all. That's called specialization.

Go read doujins by "Shikishima guntool", and see that you don't need dialogues or a story. Honestly, if you want something with story go read a VN.

It's a 50-50 proposition for me.
Sometimes, even if the art is very nice, if the story is completely boring as heck, I will not like it. But sometimes, if the art is so absolutely good, story doesn't matter anymore and it's just FUN time.

Art , the more detailed and moe it is the better.
