I think its just a matter of what we see most.
I not basing this on any evidence whatsoever, just speculation but it seems that we view asians in a more cute way, so therefore, smaller breasts are what we imagine.
Not quite the case with non- asians though.
Obviously not all non-asians have ginormous gazungas.
