Jogging question since you said you jogged, what do if you feel a numbness on one of your legs and the top of your foot that hasn't gone in 2 weeks?

I jogged around 4 km a day in 2-3 hours for 2 months and this shit happened. Haven't run or walked any distances since then and it still feels numb.

I am not a doctor, but sounds like it may be a possible blood clot, go get it checked out.

I don't think this is a blood clot, it sounds more nerve related so maybe a pinched nerve. These can last form days to even weeks. Definitely talk to your doctor for more information though.

I got an x-ray some days ago because the orthopedic didn't want to see anyone without those first. They came out "perfect". This week I'll be going to the orthopedic finally. The quicker I know what it is, the quicker I can get back at running like hell's behind me.

Either clot or nerve, I kinda have doubts they can be cured.

both. I'm trying to quite smoking, but I don't drink much, ever, maybe a beer or two through out a month, and maybe get tipsy ever few months. I have bad history with drinking. so I don't do it often
