Attention Drivers

If you're going 65 in the fast lane, get out.
If you want to be in the fast lane, don't cut us off and drive 65. Get out。
If you're in the fast lane, the cars in slower lanes should not pass you unless it's heavy traffic. Get out.
Don't speed when everyone is going 65.

Signal when you're switching lanes.
Signal when you're turning.
Don't signal when you're going straight.

I feel your pain. I take the highway to get to my university, and I see either A) slow-driving idiots, or B) reckless assholes.
1. Use your blinkers when switching lanes. That's why we have it.
2. When it is dark and/or raining, use your lights. That's why we have it.
3. Switch lanes when there is enough distance between the car in back and in front in the lane you're switching into. There's something called braking distane. Observe it.
4. Don't tailgate. There's something called braking distane. Observe it.
Too many times have this shit has happened to me, and if I wasn't a defensive driver, I might've gotten into accidents.

I'll never stop wondering just how retarded are people out there...
Also, what is that 65 speed anyway? I don't speak miles. You should use metric system, like normal people do.

Try Driving in Tn. The speed limit on most of the interstates here is 70mph (112,6 KPH) The "normal" driver uses that as a starting point. Truckers included
Turn Signals? Wazzat? Must be an option for other states cars.
Changing lanes. Rule seems to be,If I am bigger than you I have the right of way
You know that dirt strip on the side of the road? That is a passing lane.
Even so, it is still better than driving in Paris or Tokyo. But not by much

Was in TN during winter one time.
Was unimpressed. People don't know how to fucking drive in snow and ice apparently.
"Oh dear god, we need to go 10 mph or else we will die!"
With like, a little bit on the ground.
Geez. Fucking pussies.
Get that too much from Missouri whenever they decide they should come over to our state which they should never decide cause they are probably the worse drivers ever.

There are two types of drivers in Tn. where inclement weather is involved.
Bad and worse.
The options seem to be.
Drive like an idiot and have an accident
Go 10mph and cause one.
As an aside. Whenever there is a weather warning. rain, snow, tornado, etc.
Everyone runs to the Walmart, Kroger, Food Lion and buys everything in sight.
Probably 75% of the time the weather never happens
I have been here for going on 8 years now We have had two decent snow storms

To be fair, it's not an uncommon trend anywhere for people to stock up if there is a store coming.
Or to even just do their stuff right when stuff like rain and storms happen.
It just deals with on a sunny day, you don't feel rushed to do anything because you have time.
On a rainy, stormy day you feel like you have to complete everything now so you can be out of the weather later.
Which is funny because the weather usually dies out before long most of the time.

I know this is really off the original topic but.
I agree It is not unreasonable to stock up.
However I have seem people getting 20 loaves of bread, a tons of meats, 20 or 30 cans of vegetables, just as many frozen dinners 4 or 5 2.5 gallon plastic thingys of water and toilet tissue, the giant pack (20 rolls?). That is not stocking up. I cannot even think of a name for it. But when the storm or whatever doesn't come they are going to have a lot of stale/rotten/spoiled food
I have in my little house enough food for 2 weeks. That is my basic stocking level. With the ingredients I have, I could probably stretch it another 2 weeks.
I have 3 gallons of water I use for coffee and tea.
I do this, not because I am afraid of the "end of the world as we know it" but because I hate going to the market.
Edit I also have a gas driven generator I use in my work and 5 gallons of gas I have a propane heater for my work shop I can take into the house should it become necessary. In the 8 years I have been here I have never had to use them
Remember Y2K? I had a neighbor that bought 2400 packs Of MRE (Military Meals Ready to Eat) and had a 55 gallon drum of water
