I had the same problem a while ago, it's most likely BBT's servers messing up in some way.
It fixed itself after around 5~10 days for me, in the meanwhile go torrent from Nyaa or something else.

I believe the new version of Utorrent isnt allowed, is that what you are using?
Im using an older one and it works fine for me.
