I've never known anyone to get a nosebleed from being hot.

You live in a place that typically has the same temperatures all year round??
Here in California, weather is crazy and changes a lot. When the weather gets hot, blood vessels expand, and can cause a nose bleed, but cold weather the air is dry/its windy more often, drying out the nasal cavity and causing a nosebleed. When you add both together in a short period of time, for some people nose bleeds can happen.

I've had that problem since I was in Elementary school.

It's generally always cold here. So yeah, I doubt I'll ever experience that.

It's Winter season here, but we're experiencing Summer temperatures atm.

We do an occasional hot day in summer where being inside is like "ugh" but still, never had a nosebleed or anything.

and yet at any day it could go back to cold temperatures, then there's the AC issue in the room I spend 8 hrs in.

You're on an island that is closer to the north pole, I'm in a desert region.

90+ temps and heat and I don't go well together.
