For me I hate Nipples that are too big or are freakishly long I prefer smaller nipples usually a pink one at that but its different depending on the ladies skin tone and such.

I love pink nipples. I don't dislike other colors but if I could choose, I would always pick pink on a woman. Nipples size I'd like to be either small, medium or puffy that matches the areola size. In hentai I also like large nipples. Pink and small preferred though.

Oh as for areola, I do love them medium to large. I'm not too much a fan of really small ones the size of dimes. I'm ok with them, but I prefer larger ones.
