I've fapped to a Lightning doujin before, because it was full color and had good aheagos.

Never played Final Fantasy 13 though, and probably never will. I could never get into Final Fantasy games, too much focus on story and graphics and not enough on gameplay

Are all gameplay... lots of battles and running around...

Story segments are brief and never drag on or are repetitive

i dunno, from what i've seen the game is a "cinematic game"

what i mean by that is that the gameplay is mainly watching the cinematics play out the game for you. you just decide what cinematics appear.

for example, the boss battle in the beginning of XII-2. Lightning is riding a horse chasing down a giant monster. you don't really control the horse, or even lightning for that matter. you just control whether to attack or defend. later on is a quick-time event sequence. reminds me of Asura's Wrath, but at least there you would actually move around during boss battles. essentially, i don't really like games where there is a heavy amount of scripted sequences

I for one prefer action-rpg games like Dark Souls or Kingdom Hearts. not being able to move your character during a battle is a big pet peeve of mine. the only time i make an exception is when there are unique action-based mechanics to the battle system (such as the time-based attacks of Paper Mario) or there is a good amount of humor (such as Earthbound). Final Fantasy usually has neither so i don't really bother with the games.

Pondering on getting this, BUT....I still need to finish and plat the first game of the FFXIII franchise before moving unto the second. Should be happening soon once I get some backlogged games out of the way.
