Boring Real Life

Why is real life so mundane? Majority of the things we do in our life tend to be A.)Boring
B.)Completely played straight
C.)No variation at all, or worse
D.)repeat of the same boring/routine yesterday
I mean, come on Lunch? we take our food chew,swallow,repeat until food is gone. Walking down the street? put your foot infront of the other. At work do your part, get yelled at by boss, redo work, get praised rinse repeat the next day. Right now even, staring at screen filled with lights that change slightly with a press of a keyboard.
Why can't it be more fabulous, like I don't know orchestral music, lighting effects, camera shifting well at least for the viewee, and over the top gestures SURELY life would be much more interesting.
Imagine walking down the stairs, complete with slow-mo, wind effect and Sephiroths theme playing in the background...
Now if everday is like that it would be...
...routine and boring...damn...AAARRRRGGGHHHH!!!!
