It really depends what kind of person you are. I can find groups like Killswitch Engage and Avenged Sevenfold soothing... I fall asleep to that shit. xD

I'm quite surprised someone actually listens to Rob Dougan, even though he only made one album. It's still a fuckin' good album! Anyways, I'd prefer Clubbed to Death 2 because it's just a pretty chill song.

Another brilliantly made album from Devin Townsend that's really relaxing. I listen to this when reflecting on my life.

For some reason, certain videogame music has made me felt relaxed enough to the point I can actually sleep with the song playing in my head better at nights. Here's a theme I love dearly enough to deem it as calm and soothing from Vagrant Story.

The most soothing music to me would be this. I'm a huge fan of Holst, and the fact John Williams took inspiration from this for the Star Wars OST makes it even better

I have always liked soundtracks from games, like
They always makes me feel so relaxed, good way to forget bad day for a while when listening these.

I really like this song. The sound of the clock ticking is almost like a heartbeat to me and there is some really nice piano pieces in here. The sad, melancholic feeling, coupled with the bustling crowd in the background makes you feel like an innocent guided to his death.
Song: Scapegoat (Track 9)
Album: Scapegoat

I had quite a number of those in my music library, I usually enjoy listening to the ambient and field recording genres to soothe my mind up, particularly the smooth ambient ones in the vein of Robert Rich, Steve Roden, Chris Watson, and Echoes of Nature~
There's quite a variety of genres I listen to but I'll narrow it down for this occasion
Here's some of the samples to help you guys get started out
Robert Rich - Somnium
Often said to be a nice complement as a backing song to aid in your sleep to induce pleasant dreams, and also suitable as a background song when you're in a need of relaxation. Really soothing, and I like this a lot, I sometimes tune in this song before I went to bed and mostly end up with such revitalizing condition when I woke up~
Steve Roden - Forms of Paper
Known to be one of the quietest ambient albums, popularizing the lowercase genre which specializes in the experimentation of silent moments in a song. A relaxing song that helps you out when you're trying to concentrate on stuff and in a dire need of relax.
Echoes of Nature - Big River
Possibly my favorite track by them, really relaxing. I also recommend the entire sets of the Nature sounds by Echoes of Nature, all of these helped me out big time whenever I tried to relax on things and helping me to focus on stuff like doing my usual works, truly relaxing and invigorating.
I had many more to recommend as I am quite a fan of these genres, but that's all for now, feel free to ask me questions if you need some recommendations. Though I could say that my knowledge of this kind of music was still limited, I'll try my best to help you guys out~
