Portal 2 contains violence, get out.Seriously? Well I never finished it anyways.
Yeah the subject of killing comes up a lot. And death. And GLaDOS trying to kill you.
Spoiler:
The puzzles themselves have a chance of killing you too - lasers, acid, bottomless pits, turrets and in co-op mode, crushers and your co-op partner (you can purposely kill each other). And then there's Cave Johnson, who fell terminally ill after buying moon rock who, in a fit of rage, wanted to burn someone's house down with combustable lemons. Oh and you can't forget the Companion Cube. Secretely that bastard wants to rape you in your sleep and then slit your throat.

Cutting out cartoon violence is pretty extreme. Asides from Journey and Myst, I couldn't think of any that I've actually ever played.
I was gonna say Chess, but it's modeled after a Medieval battlefield. My favourite board games are Axis and Allies and Diplomacy. Bust-a-Move features a cannon as the main gameplay element.
If it's just any old "game", then:
-Tetris
-Twister
-Tamagotchi
-DDR
-Guitar Hero
-Rock Band
-Dress-up games
-The Sims (you can kill your characters, but it's not direct murder)
-Card games (Poker, BlackJack, Gin Rummy, etc)
-Newspaper games (Sudoku, Crossword puzzles, etc)
-Monopoly
-Truth or Dare

My parents took away my computer when I was a kid for killing everyone in SimCity 2000.
