I chose instant knowledge of one subject. Not sure yet which subject I'd choose, but with that knowledge you could basically do any of the rest.

I went with knowledge, 'cause that seemed to be the most useful of the bunch, plus I won't get v& for it. The real thing I would have trouble with would be deciding which field I'd like to have knowledge in.
Anyway, I'd probably opt for a mastery of languages(enhanced fapping experience along with other things ~_0) or bionics(cyborgs by 2015 for the win).

I'm split between knowledge of history, languages or the million. The money would be really useful, although it would be even greater to be able to fluently speak every language or know a true 'complete' history.

Yeah on second inspection, the subject I'd choose is history.
You can't understand the present without a good grasp on the past. (You can understand it to some degree, but when you learn more about the past, your perspective changes). That way, like lurking said, you'd know a true complete history. And then perhaps the true religion would reveal itself.
This knowledge of history could lead to important discoveries. I could become an archaeologist, and since I know where all the past civilizations existed, I could go straight there and dig. Many archaeologists just use guesswork. With these discoveries I could make much money.
That nullifies the need for a million. The lolis still retain my same argument from before. And it also nullifies the need for a time machine, as you'd know the entire history and would have no need to travel to a random era that you can't even choose.

Personally I wasn't thinking about making money off the history knowledge. I don't need a lot of money and the knowledge would really just be for the sake of knowledge.

in fact, it's much more satisfying that way
if it was in the list, wishing for immortality or the preservation of individuality, memories and knowledge while reincarnating is more favorable

Smart, this is my personal favorite option, but... if you're selling it, not many people would believe it was a time machine, if any. Additionally, after you use it, it does not return you.
And the technology would most likely, be too advanced for you to create copies of the machine.

I would have to go with instant knowledge. I would pick, if possible, to know all about the universe. Is there life on other planets, when the sun will burn out, if there are other planets that would be ok to live on? That sort of stuff.

Wishes do not always go your way! Chances are, you'll only get the knowledge from a single subject (The Universe is much too vast to be considered a subject, a long with Science.) -- and you'll probably only receive the knowledge of what has been learned thus far by humans.

I would pick math because you would know every math equation and problem and solution. With math you would be able to pick out and compare deals with probibility and educated guesses. So you could earn/save alot of money. There goes option 1
option 2 is more realistic. You could do this by yourself if you wanted.
option 3 sounds fun but would be hard to keep under control because whatever is powering it will run out eventually.
