I missed out on mercilessly tearing into Bluesummers but I've caught Chuu! once or twice. He actually has about 4 fires going at once in a series of topics. Just look for any topic where both Waar and Chuu! have posted and there's a slightly more than 80% chance there will be a resulting conflict.

the main difference is that Chuu! doesnt seem to PURPOSEFULLY start that kinda thing. just seems to happen.
