not always, it could be down to wiring of isp network and where the exchange box is.

if it is running on copper wire it will be slower the fibre optic, plus if the exchange point is further away, it means data needs to travel further.

my sister internet speed is slow because the exchange box is about half mile from her house and is on copper wire, so the data needs to go from her router to the exchange box to the isp then back to the exchange box then to her router.

I want fibre.

WT has its own launcher, kinda like Warframe. I'm pretty sure it's the game launcher itself that's the problem, seeing as how I get downloads nearly twice as fast through Steam.
