White Forest is a White Version exclusive, after beating the game you can go there and catch wild pokemon that can't be found anywhere else, ranging from Magby and Elekid to Togepi and Ralts and things like that, even Nidoran male and female can be caught there. But in order to expand on the place, you need to use the entralink to take people from Black version's Black City to expand and make your forest larger and able to catch more. Same goes for Black taking people from White Forest to increase the size and number of trainers in Black City.

Oh and since you're an Oshawott now, never evolve XD
