I went out to jog (or walking actually.. I don't have the stamina to jog sadly) this morning~
Jogging. Walking. Either way, you get fresh air, that's what matters. :)
I love going out, just to walk around, in the cool mornings. I especially love seeing the sunrise, even though I'm hardly ever up in time to see it anymore. Haha
Yes~ and burn out some calories from my sweets yesterday~
