Oh he went there, he went there! But really, getting reps from uploading stuff in User Ups seems to be the way to go. Look at KLoWn that motherfucker. (and I mean that in the best possible way, my friend.)

The best way to get reps considering the amount of work you put in and the number of reps you get out is by posting in IB.
