Personally, I like gaming in both English and Japanese (without having to own two of the same console), so Sony is the way for me. But I have a huge backlog for the PS3, so no reason to move on to the next generation yet.
I remember Nintendo fondly, but their region locking shit means I can't, for the most part, game both languages on the same console, so... I still have my DS Lite for Nintendo games. Won't go any further with them unless they fix that. They won't, but just putting that out there.
