Do you ever just have that week where you feel like SH*T?

It happens to me often, but it is because I let the little things get to me and I don't have a healthy outlet to release my stress - it just sits and eats away at me.

The situations are often problematic, but finding things to do that you enjoy helps. Keeping busy is the best distraction I have at the moment for my problems.

I was doing alright for sometime then my little brother passed away about a month and a half ago. Worst week ever, kept waking up hoping it was a dream.

That must be hard. I can't imagine losing one of my brothers.

Having one this week ... well been feeling so great for a long time and been having great contact with people but I guess it's that time where life gotta put them brakes on you and remind you to slow down.
