I will admit. Virgins are overrated to quite the extreme degree. Do you think women enjoy men with no experience? Not really. I think its more of a bragging rights kind of thing. You know the kind of idiots that go around posting "First!" on every comment section? Yeah, those kind of idiots.

As for myself, I would prefer if they left the virgin blood scene out. Unless its a hentai that's supposed to messed up(virgin rape, etc) then I see no point. I also get sick of this trend where every girl the protagonist meets is a virgin. I mean, what the heck. How can girls that hot stay virgins for THAT long? Its ridiculous.

I like the addition of the scene, I mean, it makes it a bit more realistic if there's blood in a deflowering scene, I mean, it seems kinda stupid if you leave blood out of the scene if the girl is a virgin. I'm probably odd for stating the realism factor, but I actually like a lot of hentai manga for story, and realism in it is something I enjoy if that is the point of the hentai manga.

I like it. I see it in a symbolic way, where the girl is willing to give something precious (something that can only be attained once in a lifetime) to the one she loves. Be it confession first before penetration or penetration first before confession; I see it as way to show that you aren't afraid to give your all to your significant other.
