I like seeing creampies in Hentai. In real life, creampies run that risk of the girl getting pregnant, and it's because of that risk and the worrying afterwards that all hell breaks loose.

With hentai, every girl is immune to getting pregnant unless they want to be, and there are no worries. Subconsciously, you still compare Hentai creampies to real life and because of the feeling of being able to do something which you shouldn't during sex, creampies are seen as really hot. And I can personally vouch for that one.
