I certainly don't feel the "paranoia" effect you guys are talking about when you smoke weed. Being a former hardcore stoner may attribute to that however. I can understand feeling it if you don't want to get caught, but it's not like the cops are going to bust down your door without a warrant because you're smoking a spliff.
I don't really feel horny either, just relaxed and calm though certainly not collected. Of course, that all depends on what kind of weed I'm smoking. Some strains will put you to sleep right away while others may even energize you.
Of course, that again is affected by the method of intake. If I were smoking from a bong and took a large hit, that would normally put me out of commission for a bit because it actually does take quite a toll on your body to fill your lungs with smoke and ghost it. If I'm smoking a joint, that puts me in a social mood, because when I do smoke a joint, it's usually with others. Smoking from a pipe, depending on how large the bowl is, just gives me a pretty good buzz.
Having sex on drugs doesn't increase the pleasure you receive, instead it alters the way you feel it. To be honest, I prefer sex when not on drugs, to me it feels better. Weed doesn't really affect it that much unless you're absolutely ripped and by that point you probably aren't able to have sex properly anyways, unless you're getting a blowjob or something.
I imagine however, that if you have a large amount of serotonin built up (or no serotonin built up at all) or are taking medication while smoking weed that the effects would be quite... adverse and could possibly effect you in negative ways. For instance, people who are on certain anti-depressant medications have reported seeing hallucinations, having tachycardia, mood swings and even mania.
Marijuana can affect you in both positive and negative ways, for some it's a stress reliever for others it's a pain medication and for the unlucky few it's poison and can cause erectile dysfunction if you perform a sexual act while under its influence

I highly recommend not performing sexual acts while under the influence of any drugs as there have been studies and reports (neither of which I am willing to site, you can find them on the internet easily enough) done that show you have an increased chance of erectile dysfunction later on in life, or depending on your age, it can actually cause erectile dysfunction (depending on the drug of course).
