Do you think their should be 2 Versions of a Hentai?

I come to a crossroad where Alot of people like Rape and Alot of People like Vanilla, And sometimes You want to see a scenario of either or. So What do you think? Do you think Hentai's should have 2 Versions of the Same Series, One being Batshit insanity the other being Nice sweet and Collective but still have all the goodies of both genres like Gangbanging, Ahegeo, Cumdumpster, Mindbreaking both good and bad, Tentical Sex and Rape Ect ect.

A Good Example is I want to see a More Vanilla Verison of Kuroinu, Particullarly a 'Lucky Bastard' Scenario but still keep all the goodies the H Anime had to offer

There ARE Tags for a reason y'know; I don't see a reason to have 2 different types when we already divide them by the content of what is in it.

I mean like I watched Tenamina Asagi and that is very rapey and has lots of ZOMG moments, I would like to see a More Softer Version of it, so i ask do you think that Hentais should have 2 versions of itself, Like 1 Version of Asagi would be the one we know the other being a more Vanilla flavored one. I was thinking the same thing for Taimanin Asagi. After reading the visual novel the characters could use a vanilla or a nice one. I hate to see a character in rape hell. Why do some people like rape anyway?

That sort of thing might be difficult to altering the storyline as well as the fact that it puts twice as much pressure on the artists for new hentais. If there's someone out there that can replica a large amount of art styles and be willing to draw them, then it might work.

... no, I do not. At least, not enough to make it the standard. I can't imagine things like Menkui having any kind of rape-y scenario, or things like Kangoku Senkan having any kind of positive outcome. When it comes to hentai that tackle extremes, what they're set out to do originally works just fine. Might just be the only way it should work, if you ask me. It's rare for a hentai to screw around the plot well enough to have either a vanilla or bad end. Beat Angel Escalayer is the only thing that comes to mind, but that's only because of the whole "shit's bad but heroes will still win in the end because they're the fucking heroes" ending.

EDIT: To specify more on the examples you stated, Taimanin Asagi and Kuroinu would be TERRIBLE if they were positive. That ruins the whole purpose of being defeated and fucked into submission that those two set out to be in the first place. They take place in crapsack worlds governed but sex-hungry monsters.

I know Vanilla Vigilante didn't really understand the point of the thread at first, but I do agree with him about tags being there for a reason. I doubt any well-versed and smart vanilla fan will ever look at Taimanin Asagi and say "oh man, what a perfect hentai ruined by ogres, ugly dicks and gangrape LET'S MAKE IT ALL HAPPY HAPPY AND CONSENSUAL NOW".

I don't really think this is a good idea. The team making it has their vision of what it should be like, they should not have to do another version just because some viewers might want a different kind of story. There will be other hentai for those.

Real example:

Vanilla artist (won't say who) releases book. Main story is a tsundere love story. At the end of it, after the book bonus, for some insane reason someone thought it was a good idea to have a cameo of one of the nastiest artists still around. Think about NaPaTa drawing one of the Homunculus' girls in Homunculus' latest book, except the artist in question is a netorare one and the cameo picture is netorare. Non-canon, it means nothing, but nonetheless.

There were people irate on amazon.jp bashing on the book.

An interesting thought. I do love Kuroinu. Not at first, but eventually my rape-rejection has lowered down. Honestly, I found the hentai very erotic with the domination of insanely luscious beauties in it.

I do think this might or might not work. Since we might like the art style of certain rape hentai but not its rapey-ness and we might like the vanilla-ness of another hentai but not its art style.

I think we need some samples of this choose-your-own-poison type of hentai to see how it goes. Links of stuff like this please?

In Kuroniu I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Characters, but I HATE HATE HATE what happened in the end, Volt Wins everyone becomes a Cumdumpsters and the world is royally fucked the end...what kind of an ending is that!?

Alot of these Rape Type Stories tend to have Very well Written Characters and some Awesome Premises for some Great Stories, but half the time they take the Lazy route by makeing it a Rape type Hentai, I would just like to see 'What IF' things were diffrent is all

And Dont Say that some of your Rape Fans would like to see some Vanilla characters get gangbanged and become cumdumpsters lol
