Take out all positive and negative charges? Like electrons and protons from the atoms that make up our bodies? Soooo leave us with nothing but neutrons to be empty weight or something? I'm not sure wth you're exactly trying to say here. But I'm going to agree with Spectre on this one, you take out all the positive charged protons and negative charged electrons and you're nothing really.
