Downloading anime/hentai?

This may be stupid question but...

Downloading anime with torrents (not sure about other methods) is legal, Am I right, But how about hentai. I think its legal too but I'm not sure about it. After all Hentai is porn.

Btw, I'm from europe.

And what do you think, would it be ok that only thing you can download with torrents is anime

Im downloading from torrent not only anime and hentai, but also movies, tv shows episodes, and somethimes games...

I download basically everything nowadays. Only time I go out and buy something is that if its a game I wish to play online. There aren't many shops that sell stuff that interest me where I live and I don't have a credit card yet so I can't buy stuff online also...

Nowdays you can't buy everything what you want from original stores so you have to go internet. And when you are looking at the prices you decide to download it because it's easier and you don't need money. I just wanted to talk about this because i heard a rumor that some bands are going to do something against piracy spending millions.. That's what i heard >. <

It is illigal to download torrents. But I really dont use torrents cause their a pain with my internet.

another european here! i'm pretty sure all torrents are illegal unless it's original material but i don't relli care about that. torrents are good for films and tv series as well. if ur looking for films then axxo does good dvd rips although lately they keep getting removed from mininova

Hell, I could download anything I want via torrents. I just go after certain things that aren't under the jurisdiction of a U.S. company (literal or by proxy). Mostly for doujins and h-mangas, unlicensed hentai and fansubs. After it's been licensed, I quit then try to find a way to buy them (show my support ^_^).
