Checking in at 12 years now officially; been a few more total with an older account. Huzzah...

It is almost 4.30am over here and I suddenly thought of this forum, all of you guys, and all the fun we had many many years ago. Hence the abrupt log in.

I am still an ordinary salaryman and just like everyone else, I have gotten older.

Actually crazy that you're still here, I thought about this forum after a few years. I still remember the old old mods/founders/users that used this place way back in 2007/2008 lol

I've gone through several jobs since I joined this place. God I was still back in high school when I did, worked in a cleaning job, restaurant, retail, bank and now in IT going for Cysec. Wish I could say I look like I havent aged but I have to some degree, genetics suck in that regard sometimes.

Randomly googled my old handle that I had here on Fakku and found my profile. Pleasantly surprised that I was able to login into my account after all this years.

Like many of us here, I joined at a not so legal age but am now getting up there in years.

I still cringe when I think about all the dumb posts I probably definitely made. However, I’ve enjoyed seeing everyone’s posts and remember how much I used to look up to all regulars (including you gambler). To those that are having a hard time, please know that your posts would make my day and that you matter.

I doubt that anyone remembers my posts since I wasn’t very social back then. But I will always remember this place fondly and hope we all get to post together once again!

Edit: I’m not sure where my user name came from. Probably from wanting a Japanese name like “takumi” (lol) and thinking fox ears were cute.

We've all been there brudda lol, I'm kind of happy I can't check back on my old posts, I would just end up dying from cringe, but we see it in the younger generations now and the same shit the older gens told us back then are now the things we see for ourselves, full circle it goes.

Not even sure if we talked back then, but if you're posting in iB then I assume we at least crossed paths. I remember users like Raze, Gambler, Mattarat, Jacob of course, Katsucha, Tsurayu, kaimax, Korou and a couple others lol.

Like you said, things go full circle. Though I for one wouldn’t mind seeing my old cringy posts haha. To overcome the cringe, we must face the cringe!

We crossed paths at some point I’m sure. I spent a lot of time on IB, but also in the visual novel section and the love and relationship section I think it was called. I remember Tsurayu and Kaimax because I was so happy when they replied to one of my topics on the relationship section lol.

I suppose this is true, sometimes it's unavoidable, I know I can definitely see my old cringey posts still on MAL in just a few clicks. I'll eventually reach that age where I'm just going to tell myself, there's no point to even cringing, it's just the life cycle itself.

I can't even recall if I spent any time posting in the relationship section, I mean I probably did, not that much has changed since then I'm afraid aha.

Now I'm back to being a neet temporarily so I can get out the streets and back to working like a normal person.
